In the past, the thought of exercise during
pregnancy was considered absurd, mostly for the fear of harming
the fetus. Research over the last decade has shown that it's actually
recommended because of the long list of benefits, including keeping
that nice waistline. Let's face it ladies, we got stuck with the
child rearing part, but that doesn't mean we are stuck with putting
the pounds on and losing our figure. I would like to help your pregnancy
be a pleasurable experience, before and after. My specialized training
will benefit both you and your baby, every inch of the
way.
