My
husband and I both compete in bodybuilding contest and know the
routine. Long hours in the gym, diet, water intake, supplements.
Oh did I mention diet. Most people don't realize that bodybuilding
is about 80% diet. What to eat, when to eat, how much to eat, how
often to eat. One wrong day could mean the difference of 1st place
and walking home empty handed. The last competition I received 2nd
place and qualified for U.S. Open. It takes a lot of discipline
and understanding of how the krebs-cycle works and how your body
reacts to foods.
